Refund policy

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, this refund policy explains when we will give a refund.

We will not be able to offer refunds on DVDs not in their original packaging including shrink wrap. Upon receiving the returned DVD in its original packaging, we can initiate a refund. The estimated time for us to process your request and submit the refund is one week. 

The only circumstances in which we would accept a return without original packaging would be an issue occurring from a manufacturer defect with the product.

When returning a DVD, we recommend it be sent via a trackable service such as parcel post with delivery confirmation or UPS and insure it for the customer’s protection as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged parcels. We encourage customers to maintain a copy of any tracking numbers in your records in case you need to contact us.  The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds will be issued for the cost of the product alone; shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

If we offer a free or discounted item with purchase of another item, and you do not send back that item with your return, the regular price of it will be deducted from your refund.
